Whistler Blackcomb is continuously ranked the number one ski area in North America. With an average annual snowfall of over 10 meters it is easy to see why Perfect Gap wants to take you there.
The home of the 2010 Winter Olympic Games the town & ski area are already buzzing with anticipation that comes with the games. New for this year is the Symphony Express which takes you to some of the most spectacular in bound backcountry skiing that Whistler Blackcomb has to offer.
The end of the season brings the TELUS World Ski & Snowboard Festival. This attracts athletes from all over the world & really whips the town to life and is great way to end the season.
Once of the hill you will have plenty of time to relax & enjoy the town. Meadow Park sports centre provides a more than adequate gym, squash courts and swimming pool, its the perfect place to stretch, chill and sooth those muscles in the hot tub. Whistler also boasts a 4-screen cinema in the middle of the village, which plays all the latest releases.
If live sport is more your cup of tea the regular NHL season starts in September and carries on though the winter. NHL games are must see in a Canada & we will arrange regular hockey trips through to Vancouver to watch the Canucks in the General Motors Stadium.
